What began with a simple frustration—constantly switching between screwdriver bits—has grown from an idea developed in British Columbia into a Canadian tool brand serving customers and retailers across North America.
Tonight, we take that journey to one of Canada’s biggest business stages.
From an Idea to TurnX Tools
The TurnX Tools story began in 2018 when we set out to solve a simple problem: why keep stopping to change bits when you could simply flip one?
That idea became PHLiPBiT®, our double-ended impact bit designed to put two commonly used tips in one compact bit.
Flip it. Lock it in. Get back to work.
PHLiPBiT became the foundation for TurnX Tools and eventually led us to develop the ULT™ Ultimate Multi Screwdriver, bringing the same interchangeable bit system to a compact hand screwdriver.
And we’re continuing to build on that foundation with the ULT 2027 Model.
Tonight, We Take the Next Step
Appearing on Dragons’ Den is an opportunity to put our products, our business, and our vision in front of the Dragons—and a national audience.
It’s a moment we’re incredibly proud of. It’s another step in building TurnX Tools, developing better tools, and bringing our products to more people.
